The company had come for 2 positions , Platform engineer and Business analyst and had conducted different kinds of interview process for each position.
The interview process consisted of 4 rounds , 1 aptitude,1 GD , 1 Technical round followed by a HR round.
The aptitude test consisted of quantitative and other general aptitude test concepts along with technical questions related to C/C++ and OS,DBMS concept. I managed to answer only the aptitude questions right but did not answer technical questions hence i was selected for BA interview while others who had opted for BA position were interviewed for Platform engineer as their had answered their technical questions correct during the aptitude round.
GD round was good , there were common topics asked where they judged you based on your opinions and approach .
Technical round(guess estimate) :
It was the most pathetic interview experience i have had as the interviewer was very deluded.
I was given a guess estimate to estimate how many Man utd fans are there in bangalore , while the interviewer only asked my approach and not the numbers estimation . I took my time and formulated the approach but she was too stubborn and had a scripted answer that she was looking for . When i told my approach i had filtered by reducing the Below poverty line people as they prefer watching cricket over football and i thought it was a fair assumption but the interviewer was adamant that they too watch football and can be a man utd fan.
I had heard similar kind of experience from my friends who had given the interview for this round.
only 1 managed to go through the next round out of the final 4 people.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Quantiphi (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2021
Interview
I was contacted through LinkedIn by a recruiter and interviewed via video calls for a few weeks with different people at the company.
It was a mix of behavioral questions, and some discussion about the technical aspects of the job. It was very relaxed and informative.
I had a Final interview with one of the co-owners and overall it was a great process. The people were very nice and the company was very interesting.
But, at that final stage, I was told an offer would be rolled out today. Then it was in 2 days then it was in 1 or 2 weeks. I could not wait and accepted an offer elsewhere. Technically I never received a written offer, just a verbal one. But the follow-up was just really bad and I felt like I was kept in the dark.
The recruiter was very nice but she would call rather than email, and in the last days, she would text me to call her but never answered my call or my text.

Question 1
Some behavioral questions at first, then questions about your experience and how you would be a good fit. Pretty standard.

Interview
the interview questions were extremely easy but the process was not efficient, I cleared all the rounds is what the HR told me and later the HR would just not get back to me with an update. She wouldnot reply to emails and whatsapp msgs too. Very unprofessional behavior to deal with any candidate.
