There was an online posting that I replied to. I received an email that asked me to give the manager a call. I called and left a message. When I didn't hear from her a few days later, I called and left another message. She called me back the next week - I had missed the call and called back within 5 minutes, and the pattern continued with me trying to get ahold of them. When we finally were able to talk, it was a phone interview. They asked me to interview the next day with the director. I received a phone call 1 hour before my interview informing me that they offered the position to someone else and they were canceling my interview.
