The interview process was 3 rounds + 1 final feedback round with HR to discuss the offer. Initially I received an update per email that my application has passed the initial screening and is on hiring manager desk. Then after couple of weeks I was invited to an HR interview where i discussed with HR about motivations, company, expectations and a bit about the position. the HR was friendly and professional and the call was nice. Then I was invited to a team meeting with my direct manager and one of the team members where we discussed only technically and it was an intense round. Then finally I was invited on-site for a last interview with the direct manager and the team members whom I met in round 2. This time a presentation was prepared to me about company structure, projects and products and how could we all work together, then I was asked to explain some technical concepts and discuss them. Then a small meeting with the director of HW, and lastly we had a tour around the facility and saw the amazing products and testing labs and production lines. Offer was received a day later and accepted. Overall an amazing experience and a very positive one, everything was clear , structured, and the process was smooth. I am very excited to join the team and can’t wait to get started!
