Make sure to ask in the first interview stage about the actual job title stated in the contract, as it may not match the job posting (in my case, the contract showed a downgraded title).
The interview process itself went very well. The recruiter was very nice and welcoming. The stages included: an introductory call, a case study, an online manager interview, an onsite interview, and finally a peer interview.
Overall, the process was organized and professional. The only issue was the unexpected difference between the job posting title and the contract title. In the offer letter, it was written as Senior Documentation Manager/Technical Writer, which I understood as equivalent and acceptable. However, I was surprised to find that the contract removed the Senior level altogether. I was also told that internal approvals are required to align the contract title with the actual job posting. I would have appreciated more transparency about this from the start, as it could have saved both my time and Quantum-Systems’ time.
