Did 3 interviews, one phone, one zoom, and one in person. It was a fine interview process. It seemed like they wanted more of a culture fit/ nepotism. excessive interviews honestly. They just ghost you if you don't get selected after the third interview
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about your resume and to describe aspects of it
First round with the HR. The second round was a very easy live coding round. They invited me on-site for the third round. It was a harrowing experience. I had to go through three behavioral rounds where the same 15-20 questions were asked again and again. Overall, the interviews went great and I felt very positive at the end of the day. There were discussions about relocations and compensation and I felt as if I'd made it. Unfortunately, I was rejected without giving proper justification citing mismatch on some basis. The company felt unprofessional and shallow having no regard for the effort I had put in and my expectations due to the pointless and misleading discussions.
