This is by far the best interview/ Onboarding process I have ever done.
I did the first interview with the recruiter Grace.
the first interview is just to get to know you. She gave me her phone number to text when I have any question/concerns.
Afterwards I had to do a job "try out". this is a-little challenging if you are not paying attention to the small details.
I received a call the following day to do a credit check through a company called hire right
After you pass you are scheduled for a 2nd interview with the same recruiter. This interview is the most challenging of the three. This interview lasted about 1.5 hours long
I received a call the following day to proceed with a background check. This background check you need to provide 10 years of addresses and work history. If you forget any you will not be considered for the job and yes they will find it and call/verify every job.
3rd and final interview with the directors. Mine lasted about 30 mins and was easy going. They did have me do a role play in this interview.
After this they will do a verbal offer. This offer is based on the results of the "stamp of approval"
The stamp of approval process is where they go through your job history, social media, and criminal history. If you lied or was untruthful on your application/background check application they will cut you here. VERY IMPORTANT YOU DISCLOSE EVERYTHING. They will find the truth
