I received an interview thru a head hunter. Had an initial call from the HR dept. They were pleasant and stuck to 30 min. My headhunter called me the next day stating they wanted another phone interview with the hiring manager. Again it was for 30 min. the hiring manager stuck to 30 min. I was then contacted again about having an onsite interview 60 min. I arrived and was offered water, briefly met with the HR lady and then placed in a conference room. The hiring manager arrived and told me he would talk about technical knowledge and then about leadership qualities. He stuck to that and ended exactly at 60 min. My head hunter then called me the next day stating that they were going with another candidate who had more leadership skills. Not sure what happened but this role is still open months later and they have not hired anyone due to the same reason they gave me. Not sure what they are looking for.
