I applied online. I interviewed at QuidelOrtho Corporation in Mar 2020
Interview
General behavioral screen except it was mostly administrative questions already asked on the application (i.e. are you approved to work without sponsorship). Then we recounted my entire job history working backwards in time and "reason for leaving" each role - awkward since generally you give your job history chronologically which helps tell your story and why you are interested in this role but it made it very redundant and clunky having to repeat reasons for leaving a role.
Pleasant and friendly interviewer
After that didn't hear back, been almost a month - leadership does not seem invested or organized enough to fill a clear need for the company during this busy time based on this and conversation with current employees.
Based on reviews from employees, it doesn't seem like a very structured environment and seems like a borderline toxic culture but can't tell based on my limited exposure.
3 Rounds
1. Technical Managerial Round - All supply chain related technical questions.
2. Technical Top management Round - Questions on KPIs
