In person interview was nice, it included a tour of the facility and several questions regarding how I would handle risk management or co-worker conflicts. There were also questions regarding my ability to cut cost on reagents and materials

A screening call with HR followed by an eight-hour marathon over zoom. In the zoom session there were multiple rounds of interviews back-to-back with a 5-10min break between. The day ended with a 60-minute presentation on my dissertation work.
