I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at QuinStreet
Interview
Initially interviewed with Randstad, passed onto to a second group interview with two Quinstreet team leaders. The team leaders were about 20 minutes late coming in but very apologetic. We were asked to speak from a script but using our own words. We were also asked to essentially "sell" ourselves as to why we should get the job. The team leaders did a good job of promoting Quinstreet by making it sound like a great place to work.
There were four rounds of interviews. First with Human Resources, then the department manager, and vice president of division and then another manager. The questions were average in difficulty and the interviews about 30 min each.

Interview
Overall I feel neutral about this experience, but lean a little forwards negative. The actual interviewers were friendly and engaging, but the recruiters/schedulers were all over the place. They were rude about my availability several times, would call me over an hour after a call time had been scheduled/established, then when I had accepted another offer and thanked them for the time and opportunity, they never even responded. Overall I had been excited to interview here but the incompetency on the recruiters’ parts is the reason I stopped pursuing a career here.

Question 1
Most interviews were free form and didn’t ask any set questions.

Interview
Scheduled initial phone screen, recruiter no showed. Responded to my email about if something changed, and responded after the call was set to be completed. Requested to reschedule with open availability, then went dark without responding to times that work for the candidate. Do better!
