Interview process was lazy and basic. It tip-toed the line between condescending and patronizing. The interviewer failed to show up prepared (didn't read my resume) and was a few minutes late. The interview felt like it was him trying to hit quota on a number of people needing to be met with. I've recently been interviewing and have spoken to a large number of extremely professional people. This did not fit the mold. After the 6-10 minutes of basic questions about my already detailed work experience, he asked it I had any questions. Like the interview was wrapping up already? I would have rather received an email kindly stating I didn't meet the criteria of their needs, then go through this. It was insulting to say the least that he spoke with such a tone of arrogance. I was referred into this company for a position. The referral spoke so highly of them. I however did not get that impression from the representative I spoke with. I hope that they can conduct this in a more professional manner in the future.
