I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at QuinStreet in Apr 2011
Interview
The interviewer described the open position. She also described the skills required for the job. She then asked me to go over my background including the skills I had on my resume. Then she had a quiz that covered J2SE and J2EE questions. The questions were pretty straight forward. But the job seemed to be more geared to a programmer than a software engineer. The questions were very specific to the nuances of Java and did not cover any software engineering principles.

Interview
I was contacted by recruiter via phone call.
He scheduled first interview round. Topics : Java, jsp, Servlet, REST. Level was easy.
Then I had second round with a senior person. He gave me some task based algorithmic questions and I dictated my approach. The interview was good and in my view it went really well.
After this I absolutely had no communication with recruiter, so I started giving interviews in other companies and selected in better one.
