I had 2 independent interviews for 2 different teams. One went better than the other so that team hired me. Each interview involved a discussion of how my background might fit in the company and then one puzzle to code on the whiteboard. It was nice that the interviewers were quite open to listening to what kind of role I wanted to play in their company, and I felt like I was given the freedom to actually play that role when I worked there.
