Interview
Couldn’t get clear on what position entailed. Company is drowning in volume due to quarter end and vacant positions. They want to hire immediately l but failed to indicate the preferred time zone for the candidate. Work load seems unsustainable and discourages candidates.

Interview
All interviews were done on Zoom over a period of 4 weeks.
First interview was with the recruiter, the 2nd with the Hiring Manager and after that I had 6 interviews with team members. They were all lovely people and I was really looking forward to working with them.
Recruiter said the interviews went really well and I was going to be offered a job. It took around a week to get back to me and just dropped me an email to say that due to some restructuring the role was no longer available.
