There were 6 interviews total with the initial recruiter, hiring manager, and 4 members of the broader team. Each interview (outside of the initial recruiter discussion) was over Zoom. During the interviews, the questions were a mix of behavioral and technical. After completing the interview process, it took over 2 weeks to hear back and receive a final notice that I wouldn't move forward (the holidays and new year timing was mixed into this although there was no follow up during the first week back from the new year). From the recruiter "I know the team enjoyed meeting you" although it was the opposite result in the end. This lifted my spirits in hopes of a positive result.
