Began with a recruiter interview, very much a get to know you call. Was informed there would be 6 additional interviews up to the CEO (if needed). I interviewed with the hiring manager, then the director of engineering, then the VP of Strategy and Partnerships, then the SVP of North America, was supposed to meeting the CRO but schedules didn't work out, then the CEO for an hour+. I was told by the CEO if I've made it this far there should be no doubt I will receive an offer. I connected back to the recruiter, and a few texts later she informed me an offer would be coming 'next week'. I spoke live with the recruiter 4 days later who informed me the role was changing to add more of a Public Sector/Fed aspect to it and no offer would be sent. I expressed my frustrations with the recruiter and told her this is definitely NOT how any enterprise organization who wants to be taken seriously does business.

Throughout the entire process, I perceived my interviews as excessively thorough, marked by poor communication, and ultimately characterized by dishonesty. This a small company marked with red flags. If you apply, take a hard pass. This is not the company to grow and develop with.
