Interview
The interview process was three steps. Each individual I interviewed genuinely wanted to get to know you and see if you fit the culture, which I wasn't used to. Each interviewer genuinely wants to see you succeed. I felt the support and love from everyone, I didn't feel like just another person interviewing for a role.
