Five stage process over ~2 weeks. Recruiter screen covering background and role, then hiring manager screen focused on behavioral questions. Onsite were 3 interviews split over 2 days (if you desired). No leetcode or whiteboard required. Interviewers were friendly, well-prepared, and curious. Offer came a few days later. Quick turn around from start to finish without any delays.
