Interview
The interview process was well-defined and clear, but it was relatively lengthy. Over a month and a half, I had seven interviews, ultimately making it to the final stage with the co-founder. However, I was not chosen. Later, I learned that the job posting was still open, which surprised me. This led me to feel that the culture might not have been a great fit, as the hiring team was still searching despite my qualifications being a 100% match and reaching the final interview stage.
