8 interviews, including a video pitch. Everything was well organized and Betty was super helpful and responsive! They even had a candidate hub with information and resources - I have never seen another company put together something like that just for interviewees! It impressed me and frankly convinced me to put up with 8 interviews.

How do you approach planning and scoping a multi-phase production—from initial concept through final delivery? What tools or processes help you keep things on track across phases?
Went through 4 rounds which consisted of 7 calls, including a video pitch and spanned over a month and a half. Despite the lengthy interview process, I really appreciated the support and consistent communication from recruiters Betty and Kylie. Everyone I met with was also super nice, seems like a great team.
