Interview
The OpenPhone team led a very respectful and caring process throughout the circa 4 weeks. I had the initial calls with the hiring manager and the lead recruiter, followed by a case study which I presented to one of the founders and the hiring manager. The final stage was comprised of 1-on-1 conversations with cross-functional partners in the company, including marketing, finance, and the CEO. The whole process was very transparent and I felt like I have the right partner on the other side in my recruiter. The level of care continued after the offer was extended, I received thoughtful notes from the team hoping to welcome me to OpenPhone. What stood out the most was the level of care and respect everyone involved put into this.
