One of the best interview experiences I've ever had!
The folks at Ronin had put a lot of thought into their expectations for this role and their goals for the interview process. The interviews were curated beautifully, so that I was examined on the full range of tech skills, soft skills and culture fit, and I got the chance to meet many different team members.
Ronin fitted the interviews around my schedule, they were always quick to respond to emails, they communicated the process clearly, and they got back to me with a decision quickly.
Despite being so efficient themselves, they did not pressure me to move any faster than I wanted to. After making me an offer, they gave me all the time I needed to make a decision. I was even encouraged to schedule several more meetings with the team, so that I could get all the information I needed.
