2 phone interviews... The 3rd was to offer me the position. When I arrived I was given a tour and introduced to a few people in the dept. It was a very relaxed environment during the phone interviews.

Why do you want to work here? Why not another transportation and logistics company... Several in the area.
The interview was quick and I had an offer with little wait time. The onboarding process was more complicated. The communication about the onboarding process could be better. It was a lot of hurry up and wait.
