I get the placement offer through my institution before 4 days prior to interview. When entered to interview hall, HR forced boys to inside their shirts (Its a graphic design job thats nothing to do with formal dressing). This is a permenent position as graphic designer, so after selection we have to sign a bond for 24months and submit our original education certificates. There will be probation period for 6 months,if you not performed well you will be terminated. Salary package will be 12k(INR)/month and it will go higher as per company increment policy. There will 6days work per week (majority of companies in Technopark has 5days work culture) and usually you have to work on night shift starting from 7pm. If you work on night shift they will give you free cab and food. Most importantly employees are not allowed to use mobile phone during work hours. They will lock our phone in small lockers and gave a tag for return (even for the people who come for interviews). There is actually no graphic design job all we have to do that is Image editing that require no creativity only need some photoshop skills. Overall I suggest this is not a good work culture and no creative progress for working here.
