Interview
The interview process was average. First round was a online test conducted by Meazr which included 20 aptitude questions(quant.,english,logical) and 30 technical questions(mainly pointers and output questions and Data structures). After the first round only 30 students were shortlisted. And after a week the company visited our college for further round which were GD,HR and tech interview. After these three round only 6 students got shortlisted and they went for the Final round in R Systems.

Question 1
HR interview was simple:
1. Tell me about yourself.
2. Your goals.
3. Achievement that made you happy.
4.Your top 5 technologies (Answer it honestly as tech interview questions were asked according to these).
Tech interview included questions like(questions were mainly from Data structures)-
1. write the code to detect loop in linked list.
2. Write the code to reverse a linked List.
3.write a code to solve prefix expression.
4. Normalization.
5. Does java has pointers?
6. Fibonacci and Palindrome.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at R Systems (Greater Noida)
Interview
Round 1 – Online Assessment:
The first round consisted of MCQs and a coding section focused on aptitude, programming fundamentals, and problem-solving skills.
Round 2 – Technical Interview:
The technical round mainly focused on DSA concepts. The interviewer asked one coding/problem-solving question and evaluated the approach, logic, optimization, and communication skills.
Round 3 – Project Discussion:
This round was completely based on projects mentioned in the resume. The discussion included project architecture, tech stack, challenges faced, implementation details, and individual contributions.
Round 4 – HR Interview:
The HR round covered general behavioral questions, communication skills, career goals, availability, and overall fit for the role and company culture.

One thing they specifically focused on was the projects mentioned in the resume. They asked detailed questions about the implementation, challenges faced, tech stack used, and individual contributions. In the technical round, they also asked one DSA-based coding/problem-solving question.

Interview
Easy they mostly asked stream APIs and normal Array and stack specific questions from dsa and binary search and sliding windows concept is necessary along with basic sql with springboot and spring data jpa
I have an interview with this company. During the interview my interviewer left the bridge in 13 mins. That was very disappointing for me. They should not spoil other time u necessarily.
