The Head was asking me to show my salary offer from other company. This is confidential but i showed him. Then he started b*tching about why his company is better, and why even lower salary in R system is better. And why Service company is better than a product company (are you kidding me?). What's more, he even suggesting that 6yrs of experience does not get even Rs16LPA, well that's not true, and definitely not true for candidate from a tier 1 engineering college. My recruiter sent me to this company saying they are offering Rs23LPA+, and after clearing all round, they are hesitating even for Rs 16.5LPA. Not only that, the Head was telling me that the company which offered me is not good, even though he know nothing about that company, what's more that company has mostly students from IITD,IITM and NSIT so there goes his theory. That very moment I decided not to join R-System. No other interview I had such negative experience before.
