HR Salary Discussions The Interview process took an entire day inclusive of the travel from one office to another as the HR & Technical round were held at different location. Travel was provided by them. 1. Got selected but no offer letter provided. 2. No formal communication about position closure or status of employment provided despite reaching out to the HR multiple times. 3. I was briefed, salary approval was awaited from heads but briefing of my current salary & expected salary was quoted by me in an email before appearing for the interview. Demanded 30% hike as per experience & market standards.
