They make you take a long test as if you were already working for them. Time consuming and ridiculous amount of work hours if you get this job. Don’t bother!
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at R1 RCM (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2011
Interview
The first round was a phone interview which consisted of questions based on my resume and experience. Then immediatly the next day they invited for in person interviews downtown chicago to their office.
The interviews were quite exhausting because I was made to talk to 6 people, but everyone was very friendly and tried to make me comfortable. At the same time they made sure they got the information what they needed from me. Overall, it was a positive experience and I felt that everybody was very professional. They offered me the job that day itself.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at R1 RCM in Nov 2009
Interview
The greeter and organizer for the interview was nice, however the interviewer himself was rude. He seemed disinterested and even stopped and texted someone in the middle of our interview while I was speaking. I was almost in shock at how ridiculous this situation was. The questions were mainly behavioral and asked about my previous work experience.
