R1 RCM Recruiter interview questions

I was contacted via LinkedIn by a recruiter, we set up a call a couple of days later, and then I was set up for a call with the manager shortly after. Both were quite nice and answered my questions well. The recruiter specifically said they’d keep me in the loop regarding next steps and wouldn’t ghost me but... it’s two months later now and I haven’t heard a word from them. As a recruiter myself, I’m a bit disappointed to see a lack of follow up in the process when I was told I’d hear back one way or another. A little respect goes a long way.
