I got contacted by a recruiter in Oct 2016 for an URGENT position.
Process took two months.
Had multiple interviews (4 phone, 1 in person) with people from various levels. Everyone seem very nice and interview was easy. I made a presentation about a solution with RAD products and it went well overall. Questions were easy but somewhat strange.
One of the strange complains was my background, "You have IP routing etc. experience, we need strong Layer 2 and Carrier Ethernet knowledge" - L2 is obviously covered if one has L3 experience.
Another strange request was to explain how this solution is technically superior from a competitor. Anyone in Sales understands that comparing technical features of a _Solution_ in front of a customer is bad, and usually drags the conversation under water. A solution is always a combination of support, price, technical abilities etc.
Their Recruiter partner company was the worst part. Very unprofessional, very poor communication culture, several interview schedules were messed up.
