I had the"privilege" getting interviewed by one of the top Sales Managers in RAD. This person is originally located in France. One I have arrived to this top executive manager's office I had to wait about ten minutes during the time that this guy had stared in his computer…afterwards he had spoken about RAD for a few minutes, mentioning the HR challenges that he faces. He gave me about FIVE MINTUTES to present myself. At that stage I have realized that he had made his decision before I have arrived (I should mention that it was an advance stage in the recruitment process) The interview (if I could name this an interview) was humiliating..
