I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RAM Mounts in Jan 2018
Interview
It started off with a phone screen which was fairly generic, then moved onto an in-person interview a week later with two managers. The initial in-person interview was a little awkward since I was expecting it to be in a conference room, or something designed for meetings, but it was in one of the manager's office which was a tight space for three people. That interview was mostly technical mixed with a few culture fit questions.
I didn't hear from them for a few weeks, so I suspected they moved on, but turned out one of the managers went on vacation which delayed next steps. The next step was a second in-person interview with the customer support team as well as the COO. That interview was entirely culture/personality fit, which eased my tension, especially knowing I would be meeting the COO.
I could find myself working here, but the combination of a bad commute, strict hours, and a required drug test made me decline and move onto another job that was more aligned with my skills. They all seem like great people, though.
