Interview
The entire process took 3 weeks. I came in for an initial in-person interview with some members of the marketing and design team, they were very kind and we spoke more casually than I'm used to. It was quite refreshing and gave me a genuine insight into the culture at RAM Mounts. A few days later I was invited back for a follow-up interview with some other team members. This interview was more formal but we had a productive two-way conversation that I felt went well. I was told they would stay in touch but was not given a time frame, so I reached back out after 2 weeks. Within a few days, I received a personal reply saying they were moving forward with someone else. The RAM Mounts interview process was very personal and everyone was kind, and I did not feel like my time was wasted. If I received employment I would have had to take a drug test, so keep that in mind if you apply here.
