Because its such a small organization and i am from a 5K associate corporate culture the small environment was a little shocking...each person went through every job on my resume which i had never experienced. It was in great detail as well. - also wanted to know about jobs that were not on my resume as far back as 1996. Didn't experience any problems or issues with anyone I interacted with. Each person asked very detailed questions about my work experience - I couldn't tell if the owner was genuine or condescending. Either way it doesn't matter. I did not receive an offer. Their culture focuses on writing 500 page business requirements and traveling 3 weeks out of the month.
