Interview lasted 10 minutes, felt very rushed. Only questions they asked were if I was familiar with medical billing/ healthcare codes, and about my experience with Excel. Didn't hear anything back within the mentioned timeframe, and only knew I was no longer being considered for the position upon checking the application status on the job's Workday site (i.e., no other correspondence after the interview).

Question 1
Are you familiar with medical billing/ healthcare codes?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RAND (Pittsburgh, PA) in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview was a full-day experience which included Excel-based testing and meeting with various Lead Researchers who would be utilizing your skills for their projects. The researchers were kind and engaged, and they were interested in hearing about previous research work and areas of interest should you seek further education. They also were very open about their own career paths and the knowledge gaps they had sought to fill after switching research areas.
