RAND Quantitative Analyst interview questions

The interview was nice, it was an hour long and they were professional. The initial questions were related to introductions and motivations. Then there was a section related to technical questions based on the writing sample, that was sent in, relating to improvements to the model or ways to extend it and summarising the motivation of it. The other section was related to competency and work style e.g. to see if there is a cultural fit with the team. However, a bit disappointed by the lack of communication from HR you have to follow up if you are moved on to the stage. Asked for feedback but was ignored, also asked about the right to work in UK although it was clear on my cv that I was a British national- bit unprofessional
