I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (New York, NY) in Jan 2016
Interview
Applied through my college career services, in 3 weeks received an email inviting me to same day phone interview. the questions were not hard, but I wasn't exactly prepared. The interviewer was really nice and,as I got to know later, the whole company are mostly very friendly and reliable people. One thing is for sure, RBC has a great culture!
It was a few rounds, pretty dry. think they used fake names because i was unable to find any of them on linkedin after, or even find their emails to send a thank you note
20 minute call with a senior person and a more junior person. found it okay but there were some hard technicals at the end. I would say that you should know everything before even a screen interview.
