The interview process was well organised and I was kept well informed during the process. The actual interview itself was a fun but challenging experience. There was a mixture of behavioural competency questions and questions that tested my knowledge on current macroeconomic issues around investing. The questions on investing into equities threw me because of their difficulty.
First round with VP that was online based and it involved motivation questions and a few behavioural/competency questions and most importantly question about key strengths and what the candidate will bring to the role.
