30 -40 mins interview with manager and assistant manager at the local branch. Felt very comfortable as both were really friendly. All questions were asked very clearly and precisely. very cooperative as well.

Beside questions like briefly explain yourself and resume, asked me what you expect if you client, how to ask clients to use mobile app, how to convince that online usage is not a risk to their identity? Salary expectations?

I just finished the online hr interview. This was a very smooth interview. The hr was very nice. They didn't ask me to give a regular self-introduction. They started by asking about my work experience, and the rest were just some ordinary behavioral questions.

the interview is easy. 1st with HR, 2rd with a branch manager. Most questions are behaviour questions and experience related to customer services and sales. The interview is quite quick, just 15-20 minutes
