They start by sending you a questionare, once you send that back they will call you to have a 15 minute chat..simple behavioral questions. If they like what you have to say, they will schedule a 2nd phone interview,..more behavioural questions..but be careful in this one..prepare in advance, they expect you to go deep into details...word of advice..take your time, dont rush..keep calm and just focus on how you have added value to your clients in the past while answering the questions. Next step is the in person interview..look your best, prepare in advance..have questions ready for the interviewer too. Other than that, if you belong, you will make it. Pretty good interview experience. Very nice managers. Referred to the job by an RBC employee, sent my resume and cover letter to the employee's work email, then was referred to the branch manager. About a week later, I received a call from the branch manager for the interview, so I was meeting with the two managers directly.

I interviewed with the HR and after this round there would a final round of in-person interview, which is with the branch manager. First round of interview is virtual, which takes about 20 minutes.
