Interview
Applied through the online application process. Received an email from someone within the group after a week. Scheduled a phone call for the following week. Spoke for 25 mins about the group structure and deals, my background and interests, RBC, etc. Encouragingly said they'd be in touch but had to follow up after 2 weeks of not hearing anything and they promptly responded saying they were sorting it out. Another 2 weeks passed and they sent me a short email saying I was not selected.

Simple, more behavioral-based. Should definitely care more about your delivery when facing different kinds of directors. Important to perform your stock pitch and market trend ideas - they want to see you be in a place where you can sound creative.

Got referred for an entry level position, had a first round interview with the VP of FIG. Lasted 30 min. Asked me questions specifically about FIG, recent news, technicals, etc.
