Easy to apply, rbc maintains good communication throughout entire process, hiring managers very personable and friendly. Interview is more like a conversation. First step is online submission, if you qualify there is a screening process for your personality, after there is a phone interview, and then if you pass there are two in person interviews
Interviewers were professional and cordial. They mainly asked about my past experiences and how they relate to the position. They gave me two scenarios to see how I would handle the situation. No odd questions, very straightforward.
