I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RBC (Jersey City, NJ) in Mar 2018
Interview
1. Two 30 mins phone interviews(Hiring Manager and Manager from other team)
Lots of technical questions of SQL. A simple brain teaser and couple of math questions.
2. Final round: Four 30 mins on site interviews.
1st interviewer was MD and he was very easy going and asked simple behavioral questions.
2nd was HR, she did not show up. Had no decency to inform beforehand. Other HR person came 20 mins late and asked about salary expectations that's it.
3rd was MD, one of the nicest interviewer I have met. Described the role, team and company culture. It was just conversation.
4th was AD, again simple conversation but from technical perspective but nothing difficult.
I've been following up with HR(one of the most horrible lateral recruiter I have ever experienced) who only replies very rudely after I email her. They say they're finalizing the process, don't know what. Its been 2 months already. Doesn't matter now anyways but the team is great. Just make sure you approach the people directly via LinkedIn etc. because HR is basically useless.
Straightforward interview with focus on previous BA experience and situation-based questions and also company culture and values questions. Interviewers seemed welcoming and open to multiple questions at the end of the interview.

Interview
Online interview with hr then in person interview with the hiring manager. Questions are general and i thought im in but unfortunately they didnt even bothered giving me an update or feedback
Two interview stages after HR call, got the job offer after second interview, but could not negotiate an agreeable salary, had a better offer already, and so I had to decline the offer.
