I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RBC (New York, NY) in Oct 2016
Interview
Resume forwarded by alumni in the company, had a initial phone interview. The interviewer was an Analyst in their Aerospace & Defense group, which is apparently pretty strong. He was very nice and at least half of the interview was me asking questions, but I was not invited to a superday.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at RBC

Was connected via normal networking process (school alumni) and had 2 rounds of interviews with the last being a Superday of 3 interviews. Both rounds had technicals with the first round being almost entirely technical and led by an Analyst and Associate.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Talk through DCF, Multiple trends your following, LBO talk through, etc....
One 30 min 1st round, followed by a 1.5 hr superday. The process was online and super convenient and the team was helpful. HR reaches out with decisions 24-48 hrs after call
Generally, interviewers were very friendly, and the process was smooth. Two interviews for final round - technical & case study (which you are given a few days in advance) and behavioural. Logistically got unlucky, but my experience was not representative of the overall experience that I hear from most people.
