I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RBC (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
The interviewer was fairly nice and asked me very basic questions mostly about my resume and follow up questions on that. We also discussed more about the position. However after the interview I never heard back from them. The HR nor the lady responded to my numerous emails, which was absolutely horrible. They clearly don't care about their candidates and will put them into a hole. It would even be nice to just send a rejection email instead of keeping me waiting.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at RBC (New York, NY) in Apr 2022
Interview
1 phone call with analyst/behavioral questions
2nd zoom with VP / technical questions
Then I was invited to a superday over Zoom. The super day consisted of multiple interview with different VPs.
