Interview
I wanted to write this review to warn others about the fact I went in 4 times and did a total of 8 interviews, the process was moving extremely fast until it came to the final round. Its impossible to get through to them / get a final answer. Its extremely unprofessional & I assumed the no response meant I didn't get it. They have no respect for your time, If you're looking to get some interview practice in - by all means go for RBC. The team I met were peculiar, fairly unprofessional in the fact they mentioned several times how they were unable to retain analysts and were really struggling. The seniors were hit and miss, not very personable.
