The interviews about sale experience. The process is around 3 weeks. First is with HR department, after that it is with brand manager. However I didn't get the position, it is still a great experience though.

I have received a phone call from the recruiter- scheduled me for an interview, met with two managers and they were awesome, at the end of the interview I asked them if I was the successful candidate when I will hear from them. They told me within a week maximum however they called me the same day lol and they told me I was the successful Candidate.

Question 1
The typical one , Tell us about yourself. it doesn't have to be about your experience only maybe you can tell us about your personal as well. I know once they asked this question they just wanted to make me feel comfortable.
It was very well organized. It started with a short phone interview, followed by a longer in-person interview. Everyone was very friendly and did a great job showcasing the benefits of working at RBC.
Submitted application then a video interview was scheduled. Final interview was a panel interview. They asked us to pick an item and sell it to them. Also took everyone out 1 by 1 and did a mock phone call with a rbc client.
