Received an interview through a referral. Had an in person interview with the sr. director. After more than a month and a few follow ups, I was invited back to meet with the VP. Both interviews were fairly traditional. The VP was unprepared for the interview, asked a few questions regarding my work experience and invited me back to meet the rest of the team, but didn't follow up with a date/time. After weeks of follow up and no response, I finally heard back mentioning that they are putting the role on hold. The experience was extremely frustrating and a waste of my time and theirs.
