Interview
3 Step interview which consisted of:
Online test: Multiple choice, testing technical skills and how you would respond in certain scenarios. This was pretty straight forward and based on common sense. (pick the one that sounds the most polite...)
Phone interview: The interviewer was very pleasant to speak to. She then asked me to explain a little about my background first, tell me about yourself. Then mainly discussed formalities, like if I was okay to work within the the hours of operation (call center environment) and salary.
Face to face interview: someone greeted me at the door, this was a 1 on 1 interview although I've heard from other interviewees they has 2 on 1 interview before. Similar to the phone interview where they asked tell me about yourself and mainly behavioral questions
