The recruiter left me a voice mail. I replied and did not get an answer. I called back again to finalize the interview time. And recruiter was late for our scheduled phone interview. He requested to schedule for another day, and still did not get back to me after my follow up.

After passing the phone interview, had a face-to-face interview and answered some general interview questions. (introduce, weakness, strength, how to handle complain...) It is the opportunity for the MA to get to know you.

the whole process was very smooth. if MS insists to hire you, you will most likely get the offer. i only did a phone interview with HR department and then I received the offer letter a week after
Phone interview with the regional sales manager, regular questions. Then HR interview for more sepecific questions, took about 20 minutes. The whole progress was long, over a month. They care about if you live near to the branch.
